    NOTIFICATION ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.

    In accordance with Art. Article 10 Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine, No. 41/14) informing consumers that complaints about their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or offered service can be submitted in writing on site at the business premises and the service provider will without delay, in writing, confirm the receipt of the complaint. A written complaint can also be sent within 8 days by post to the following address:

    The reply to the written complaint of the consumer will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint. We kindly ask you to give us your name, last name and contact address for your reply to your complaint.
